By accessing or using Meal Stack websites, apps, subscriptions, and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the service.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity under your account.

Meal Stack may require OTP or additional verification for security and fraud prevention.

3. Service Description

Meal Stack provides structured meal subscription and delivery coordination services, including pause/resume, scheduling, and support workflows.

Service availability depends on location, kitchen capacity, delivery logistics, slot availability, and operational constraints.

4. Orders, Subscription, and Billing

Subscription activation is subject to successful payment authorization and verification.

Plans, pricing, taxes, and billing cycles are displayed in-app and may vary by location or offer.

Failed, reversed, disputed, or delayed transactions may impact activation, continuation, or delivery timelines.

Meal Stack may suspend or cancel service if payment obligations are not met.

5. Pause, Resume, and Changes

Users may request pause/resume or delivery preference changes subject to plan rules and operational windows.

Changes may not apply immediately if cutoff windows, serviceability, or production constraints apply.

In case of conflicting requests, the latest valid request recorded by the system controls.

6. Delivery and Serviceability

Deliveries are attempted to valid and serviceable addresses only.

Users must provide accurate address details, access instructions, and reachable contact information.

Missed deliveries due to user unavailability, wrong address details, or access restrictions may be treated as completed delivery attempts subject to plan policy.

Meal Stack may modify slots or routes due to weather, safety issues, local restrictions, or operational incidents.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.

Harassment or unsafe behavior toward support, kitchen, or delivery personnel is prohibited.

Meal Stack may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for policy violations.

8. Content, IP, and Platform Rights

All service materials, branding, software, design, and platform content are owned by Meal Stack or licensed to Meal Stack.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit any platform component.

User feedback may be used by Meal Stack to improve services without compensation, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Promotions, Offers, and Credits

Promotional offers, referral benefits, and credits are subject to specific campaign terms.

Meal Stack may modify, suspend, or withdraw promotions where misuse, fraud, or policy abuse is detected.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on plan type, billing status, service period, and applicable local law.

Approved refunds may require verification, adjustment for consumed service value, and settlement processing time.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may temporarily restrict account features until resolution.

11. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an 'as available' basis subject to operational realities.

Meal Stack does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact delivery time in every circumstance, or compatibility with every device environment.

Nutrition and meal content information is informational and not a substitute for professional medical advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meal Stack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.

Aggregate liability, where applicable, is limited to amounts paid by you for the relevant service period, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Meal Stack harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the services, policy violations, or unlawful conduct.

14. Suspension and Termination

Meal Stack may suspend or terminate service access for non-payment, policy violation, security risk, abuse, legal requirement, or operational necessity.

Certain provisions survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute clauses.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the relevant operating jurisdiction.

Disputes should first be raised through customer support for resolution; unresolved disputes may proceed through legally permitted forums.

16. Policy Changes

Meal Stack may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Material changes will be reflected by updated effective dates and user-facing notices where required.
